“Great customer care, beautiful flowers!

I ordered a delivery to the remote oilfield in which my girlfriend works. The delivery was many hours late and what she received was not what I paid for. I contacted the customer service who did a great job making up for the initial disappointment soon after. I used the services of Russianflora in another occasion too and the final result had been quite satisfying, with the flowers delivered even better looking than the ones in the picture on the website. I will definitely therefore use their services again in future and I totally recommend doing so to others!
