I am from Tampa Florida and have a fiancee in Uzbekistan. I used this service to send her some early Valentines Day flowers. The service was amazing. Even though we are 10 hours apart, I was sent emails keeping me up to date from the moment I sent my payment until they delivered the flowers. Then when they delivered them, they took a picture of her with the flowers at the front door and sent it to me, before my fiancee even called. The bad news was that the flowers were not in very good shape. So I called and sent a photo to Russian Flora. With no problem at all, they responded immediately, and agreed to redeliver the flowers within hours. I was totally amazed. These people are the most professional I have ever used, including all over the US. Order with ZERO worries. This is a voluntary review, I was not paid or compensated for doing this.
