Then I changed the order from cut roses to a plant because my fiancee told me that her mother preferred plants. Then, I noticed I made a slight error on the address. I used your chat window to contact your staff. They were all so professional, patient, and of great assistance. If you have a record of the staff I chatted with, please let them know of my appreciation. Also, the florist tried to deliver the initial order, which was for roses and failed because of my errors. So please contact the florist and let them know I have the same appreciation for them. Your team, and the florist were all great!!!
