“I had a fantastic experience with www.RussianFlora.com. I had to order flowers for my wife, who was in Russia that time (Moscow region), so I did a bit of research online to decide who to pick. This site has user-friendly interface, which allows to quickly placing an order, variety quick and secure methods of payment (CC, Pay Pal), and many optional choices to add to the bouquet. Their customer service was outstanding over the internet. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. It is extremely reliable and eager to fulfill the order and satisfy the customer. Thus, there were difficulties to contact my wife via the phone number I provided. We exchanged emails with CS representatives and they helped me to resolve the error I made in the form (Lesson learned: give them email address that you check frequently). The flowers were beautiful and fresh. I would use them again and can recommend to all!”
