“I want to thank you for your fast, and accurate, delivery of my recent flower order for my friend in Russia.  Less than 30 hours after I placed the order (at midnight), I received an e-mail from my friend to tell me how happy and excited she was to receive the roses.  She included a photograph that her mother took and I can confirm that the flowers were beautiful and exactly as ordered.

Please also pass my thanks along to the local florist.  I had requested in my order that they contact my friend by phone to confirm her address before the delivery.  She told me that they tried to call her many times during the morning but her phone was off.  Around noon, she received a knock on her apartment door and there someone stood with her flowers.  Tell them that I very much appreciate their diligence.

Women’s Day is coming up soon and I will definitely use Russian Flora to send my flowers.
